Broker Grading System

Another great feature of the REOAMS™ is the Broker Grading System, which provides our clients with a database of approved and qualified REO Agents. Corporate Asset Management, LLC values good work and is committed to maintaining high standards in the REO industry. We believe that education and good business practice are essential to providing good and affordable housing to our communities and preserving our clients trust. It is the policy of Corporate Asset Management, LLC to admit and maintain only hard working professionals that meet ours and the clients’ standards in our REO Network of Vendors. The Broker Grading System will grade our agents in different levels and provide them with quarterly grading reports. These reports are shared with the clients before engaging real estate relations with the broker, allowing the client to learn more about the agents. The reports provide our agents with the opportunity to examine their work productivity and concentrate in the areas where improvement is needed. Corporate Asset Management, LLC provides our agents with online training and support to sharpen their skills. Not every agent is admitted to our database. All of our agents are tested in the areas of REO and undergo a background check..
