This sophisticated CVM (Client/Vendor Module) provides the clients with the opportunity to monitor progress of Asset Maintenance and Disposition. Through this portion of the system, clients can interact with Corporate Asset Management, LLC, monitor evictions, marketing, preservation, including rehabs or renovations from approved qualified contractors, review the marketing process, interact with real estate agents, and review closings.
